Flanders Aaf Flanders 18 In. W X 24 In. H X 1 In. D Fiberglass 4 Merv Air Filter
Videos
The Flanders EZ Flow II fiberglass air filter is engineered to trap dust and lint particles in residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This standard-size filter fits most HVAC units, helping reduce airborne contaminants and improving overall indoor air quality for a cleaner, healthier home or workplace environment.
The EZ Flow II features a self-retaining design where the frame adheres directly to the media, eliminating the need for a separate retainer during installation and replacement. The heavy chipboard frame is built in a single piece to prevent corner separation, ensuring reliable performance throughout the filter's service life. Hot-melt adhesive seals the perimeter on both sides, creating a durable bond between frame and media.
Features and Benefits
- Self-Retaining Design: The frame adheres directly to the media with a light skin surface, making installation faster and simpler without requiring an additional retainer.
- Continuous Filament Fiberglass Media: Made from spun glass with a resinous bonding agent that provides rigidity and resists media compression, ensuring consistent airflow and filtration performance.
- One-Piece Chipboard Frame: Heavy-duty construction eliminates corner separation, extending filter life and maintaining a secure fit in your HVAC system.
- Hot-Melt Adhesive Sealing: Resilient hot-melt adhesive runs the full perimeter of the frame on both upstream and downstream sides for a strong, durable bond.
- MERV 4 Rating: Balances filtration efficiency with airflow, making it suitable for general residential dust and lint capture in standard heating and cooling applications.
