Filtrete Allergen Defense Red Micro Pleated Air Air Filter, 3 Months, 14x25x1-in.

The Filtrete 9804DC-6 Micro Allergen Defense Pleated Air Filter is a high-efficiency furnace and central air conditioning filter designed to reduce allergens and improve indoor air quality throughout your home. By turning your central heating and cooling system into a whole-house air cleaner, this filter traps unwanted particles like pollen, pet dander, mold spores, dust, smoke, and other microscopic contaminants that can affect air quality and respiratory health.

With an 11 MERV rating and MPR 1000 rating, this pleated filter delivers strong filtration power without the premium cost of higher-rated alternatives. The electrostatically charged fabric actively captures both large visible particles like lint and household dust and microscopic allergens including bacteria and particles that can carry viruses. Meeting the guidelines of the American Lung Association Health House Program, this filter is certified to comply with health standards and outperforms standard fiberglass, washable, and non-electrostatic pleated filters.
