Milwaukee Milwaukee 48-27-0621 Wood Spade Drill Bit, 5/8 X 6 In.
Videos
The Milwaukee 48-27-0621 is a 5/8-inch diameter spade (flat boring) drill bit designed to bore clean, precise holes at any angle in wood, plastic, plywood, and Formica. This economical flat boring bit delivers reliable performance for general-purpose drilling tasks.
Built from heat-treated high carbon steel, this bit features a patented cutting edge design that delivers faster boring action compared to conventional spade bits. The double wing spurs reduce vibration and chatter, enabling cleaner hole formation and easier operation. The cutting edge removes chips fast to keep the bit working smoothly. The stubby 6-inch overall length provides access to low-clearance spaces where longer bits cannot fit, and the bit can be extended with a 12-inch extension (sold separately) for deeper drilling applications.
