Zinsser Zinsser Bulls Eye 3541 Primer Sealer And Stain Killer, Oil-base, 1 Gal

Zinsser Bulls Eye is a heavy-bodied, fast-drying oil-based interior primer sealer and stain killer designed for challenging interior applications. This workhorse primer blocks unsightly water stains, smoke damage, bright colors, and graffiti on walls, ceilings, doors, trim, windows, and cabinetry. Its rich formula provides excellent coverage and superior adhesion, making it an ideal undercoat for both enamel finishes and topcoats in renovation and repainting projects.

The flat white finish dries quickly—in just 2 hours—so you can progress to topcoating faster and complete interior jobs efficiently. Because it accepts both latex and oil-based topcoats, Bulls Eye gives you flexibility in your finishing choices. The heavy-bodied composition lays down a thick, rich coat that sands easily, allowing for a smooth final surface. This primer is particularly valuable when you need to seal stained or discolored surfaces before applying your finish coat.
