Diablo Rebar Demon Sds Plus 4-cutter Hammer Drill Bit, Full Carbide Head, 3/8 X 10 X 12-in.

The Diablo DMAPL4160 Rebar Demon SDS Plus 4-Cutter Hammer Drill Bit is engineered for fast, precise drilling through concrete with embedded rebar. This full carbide head bit delivers extreme durability and strength, solving the problem of standard bits failing when striking rebar or encountering high-heat conditions during intensive hammer drilling. Built with tri-metal fusion welding technology, it resists heat and prevents breakage for maximum productivity and long service life.

The 4-cutter design with smaller bits ensures controlled, consistent carbide wear and reduced vibration, while the optimized flute design removes dust faster, keeping the carbide head cooler and extending tool life significantly. Optimized for maximum performance in corded and cordless SDS Plus and SDS Max rotary hammers.

Features and Benefits

• Dura-Carbide Technology: Features up to 2X more carbide that withstands temperatures up to 1800°F, combating intense heat from rebar hits versus standard bits that fail at 800°F.
• Extended Lifespan: Delivers up to 7X longer life compared to standard 2-cutter hammer drill bits through superior heat resistance and impact durability.
• Tri-Metal Fusion Welding: Up to 3X stronger weld keeps the full carbide head intact during extreme impact, preventing head separation during demanding applications.
• Precision Tip Design: Delivers stability and accuracy required for fast, precise holes in concrete.
• Reduced Vibration: The 4-cutter configuration with optimized flute geometry reduces vibration and removes dust faster, enhancing comfort and control during operation.
• Wear Mark Indicator: Helps ensure precise hole making and alerts users to bit wear conditions.
