The Diablo DFBBLOCCRS01G is a premium flat edge sanding block designed for fast material removal and superior finishing on wood, drywall, and other surfaces. This coarse 36-grit sanding block features a flat edge that keeps your work straight and true, making it ideal for sanding flat surfaces, edges, and accessing inside corners and hard-to-reach areas. The solid, tear-resistant construction prevents deformation during use and resists splitting against splinters, nails, and screw ends.
Built with Diablo's ENDURA-BOND grain bonding system, this sanding block delivers up to 3X longer sanding life compared to standard hand sanding sheets. The premium aluminum oxide blend removes material faster while maintaining consistent scratch patterns and producing ultra-smooth finishes. Diablo's color-coded system (red for coarse grit) makes it easy to select the correct grit for any job.
