Rust-oleum Rust-oleum 1980502 Painter's Touch Ultra Cover Latex Primer, Gray, Qt.

Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch Ultra Cover Latex Primer is a high-performance, water-based primer designed to block stains, discolorations, and surface irregularities on a wide variety of substrates. This fast-drying formula creates a smooth, uniform base coat that prepares surfaces for topcoats, locks in color, and ensures a professional-quality finish on both interior and exterior projects.

This primer works on bare or painted wood, metal, plaster, masonry, and unglazed ceramic, making it an ideal choice for homeowners and professionals tackling diverse painting jobs. By blocking existing stains and discolorations, the gray tone prevents bleed-through and provides a clean canvas for your finish paint, while improving adhesion and durability of the final coat.
