Flood Flood Fld4-04 Penetrol Oil Paint Conditioner, 1 Qt.

Penetrol is a free-flowing, low-odor, oil-based paint additive formulated to compensate for the adverse effects that weather and surface conditions have on paints and primers. Whether you're refreshing outdoor furniture, protecting metal railings, or restoring weathered fiberglass boats, Penetrol enhances paint performance and durability by improving how paint adheres to and spreads across surfaces.

This high-quality penetrating additive works by driving paint deeper into the substrate, reducing surface flaws and minimizing the common problem of paint peeling on wood and metal. Compatible with oil-based and alkyd-based paints, varnishes, and primers, Penetrol can also be used to condition metal and faded, weathered fiberglass surfaces before painting.
