Quikrete 862017 Polyurethane Concrete Crack Sealant, Gray, 10.1 Oz.

Quikrete Polyurethane Concrete Crack Sealant is a textured, one-component polyurethane formula designed to seal and waterproof cracks in concrete, masonry, stucco, and other building surfaces. This fast-curing sealant creates a durable elastic bond that prevents water infiltration and protects against moisture damage.

The non-sag formula applies smoothly on both vertical and horizontal surfaces, drying to a firm yet flexible consistency that moves with concrete as it shifts and settles. This flexibility allows the sealant to accommodate substrate movement and maintain its protective seal over time.

Features and Benefits

• Textured One-Component Formula: Requires no mixing; ready to apply straight from the tube for fast, convenient repairs.
• Excellent Adhesion: Bonds securely to concrete, masonry, stucco, pre-painted metal, glass, plywood, aluminum, steel, and many plastics and composites.
• Flexible and Durable: Forms a highly durable elastic barrier that accommodates substrate movement while maintaining its seal.
• Fast-Curing: Cures quickly to a firm, flexible consistency, allowing projects to progress without extended downtime.
• Waterproof Protection: Seals cracks effectively to prevent water infiltration and protect against moisture damage.
• Non-Sag Formula: Maintains its shape during application on vertical and horizontal surfaces without sagging or dripping.
