Diablo 5 In. 40-grit Random Orbital Sanding Disc With Stickfast Backing (5-pack)

The Diablo DCD050040P05G is a premium 5-inch sanding disc designed for random orbital sanders and dual-action sanders. With its ultra-coarse 40 grit and ceramic abrasive blend, this disc is engineered for aggressive material removal and fast stock reduction on wood, metal, and plastics. The 5-pack provides multiple discs for extended projects without frequent changes.

These sanding discs solve common problems encountered during heavy-duty sanding tasks: pitch and resin buildup that clogs the surface, inconsistent backing adhesion that causes disc slippage, and premature wear that reduces productivity. Diablo's StickFast backing and proprietary technologies address each of these challenges, delivering reliable performance from start to finish.

Features and Benefits

• StickFast Pressure-Sensitive Backing: The adhesive backing enables secure attachment to orbital sanders and allows clean removal when needed, facilitating efficient disc changes.
• Premium Ceramic Abrasive Blend: Engineered for fast material removal, the ceramic formulation delivers efficient cutting action and removes material faster than standard abrasive discs.
• Clog-Shield Technology: Diablo's proprietary blend of grinding agents reduces pitch buildup and loading, maintaining peak cutting performance throughout the sanding task and maximizing productivity.
• Endura-Bond System: The grain bonding system provides longer sanding life and extreme durability compared to standard options.
• Ultra-Coarse 40 Grit: Ideal for aggressive stock removal and surface preparation on rough or uneven surfaces.
