QEP Shape Dupicator, Contour Gauge, 6 In.
Videos
The QEP Locking Contour Gauge is an essential tool for installation, renovation, and finishing projects where irregular shapes must be accurately transferred and cut. Whether you're working around pipes, round columns, conduits, or walls with uneven contours, this gauge eliminates guesswork and reduces material waste by creating a precise template of any shape. Simply press the gauge against the object, lock it in place with the lever, and trace the profile onto your material using a marker—ideal for vinyl, wood, porcelain, ceramic tiles, base molding, chair rails, crown molding, and door and window frames.
The locking mechanism holds your traced pattern securely while you move the gauge and trace, preventing shifts that could compromise accuracy. Two gauges can be connected together to handle larger shapes and extended coverage areas, giving you flexibility for jobs of varying scale.
