Most new or unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be resalable, in original packaging, with all original components. Exceptions apply.
Have your receipt?
Exchange or refund to the original payment method. Check purchases may require a 10-day wait for the check to clear.
Missing your receipt?
Loyalty Members and credit/debit card customers may be able to have their receipt located. Without a valid receipt, a return may receive store credit at the lowest advertised price in the last 30 days. A valid picture ID is required: state driver's license, state ID or military ID.

Gift cards, store credits, and labor, delivery or assembly fees.
Paint color concerns
Bring your paint back to the store within 30 days of purchase.
Gas-powered products
Stihl, Husqvarna, Hustler Turf, Bad Boy Mowers and Ariens products are assessed by an in-store technician for warranty service. Non-warranty repairs are at the customer's expense. All other products must go to an authorized service center.
Special orders
Returns or cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Price Match Guarantee
Found a lower local price? We'll match it.
Bring an ad, photo, printout or smart device showing the price. An associate will verify availability at the competitor's store.
Identical product must be in stock at a local retailer. Online retailers and third-party resellers are excluded. Quantities may be limited.
Exclusions: Discontinued, damaged or clearance items; advertising errors or misprints; certain vendors under vendor agreements. No rainchecks for out-of-stock price match items.

Trees, shrubs and perennials are guaranteed for one year from purchase.
Not covered: Plants purchased at 50% off or more; annuals, bedding plants and grasses; damage from frost/freeze, heat waves, drought, flooding, wind, fire or animals.
HomeBase® reserves the right to alter or void this guarantee in part or in full at any time.
